M2AL HIGH SPEED STEEL MATERIAL.• M2AL high speed steel is a high alloy material with ahardness of up to 67.5 HRC designed for increased enduranceof the cutting edge and tool life.
STEP HARDENED PROCESS.• This state of the art manufacturing process producescutters with extremely hard tooth tips for increased cutterperformance while maintaining a softer body which islesssusceptible to breakage than standard high speed steelcutters.
MULTI-CUT GEOMETRY.• Provides smooth and fast cutting with decreased chatter.This also increases the cutters ability to remove swarf awayfrom the cut and helps to enhance centring.
FULLY GROUND WITH INTERNAL RELIEF.• This feature allows Holemaker cutters to produce reamedquality burr-free holes and also helps to reduce torqueand horsepower requirements.
UNIVERSAL SHANK.• 19.05mm (3/4 ) universal shank for cutters up to andincluding 60mm diameter. Featuring 2 flat sections to suitmost magnetic base drilling machines. Cutters of diameters61mm and above feature a 31.75mm 1-1/4 Weldon shank.
